The US House of Representatives has passed a resolution aimed at preventing President Donald Trump from taking any further military action in Iran.

The resolution, passed by a vote of 215-208, succeeded when four Republicans joined with the Democrats to publicly express their disagreement with the war. Seeing the participation of Republican members in this voting process, Trump’s temper became high.

Trump wrote on Truth Social, “Yesterday, in a meaningless vote, the House joined with 4 bad Republicans and all the Democrats to limit my war powers; and all this while I was right in the middle of my last negotiations to end the war with the Islamic Republic of Iran. Who would do such a treasonous thing? They know where the negotiations are at. The Democrats are suffering from ‘Trump Derangement Syndrome.’ They would rather see our country fail than deliver another victory. Those four Republicans are a different story, they should be ashamed of themselves!
