Amid the ongoing military confrontation between America-Israel and Iran, the US State Department issued an advisory for its citizens, asking more than 12 countries to leave immediately. State Department Assistant Secretary for Consular Affairs Mora Namdar said American citizens from Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, West Bank, Gaza, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, UAE and Yemen should immediately leave through commercial channels. At the same time, in case of need of help, 24/7 helpline numbers +1-202-501-4444 (from abroad) or +1-888-407-4747 (from America and Canada) were also issued.
