Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) is the only team which has not got a single win in the season so far. The team has played 5 league matches, in which it faced defeat in 4 matches. The remaining 1 match remained inconclusive due to rain. After the fourth defeat, a very shocking figure regarding KKR’s defeat came out, in which it was revealed that one person is becoming the reason for KKR’s continuous defeat.

Abhishek Nair was a flop in women’s IPL also
Before IPL, Abhishek Nair played the role of head coach for UP Warriors in Women’s IPL i.e. Women’s Premier League 2026. There was a very poor performance from the team in the season. UP was at the bottom fifth position in the points table with only 2 wins out of 8.
However, it is worth noting that earlier in the seasons of 2025 and 2024 also, the UP Warriors team was eliminated due to poor performance while remaining very low in the table. UP had qualified for the playoffs only in the first season i.e. 2023.
Bad condition of KKR, did not get even a single win
KKR, coached by Abhishek Nair, is having a very bad season this season. The team has played 5 league matches so far in the season, in which they have lost four matches. In four matches, the team has had to face defeat against Mumbai Indians, Sunrisers Hyderabad, Lucknow Super Giants and Chennai Super Kings. One of the team’s matches against Punjab Kings remained inconclusive due to rain.
