Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday attended the 52nd G-7 summit held on the banks of Evian-les-Bains Lake in France. Where he met with many global leaders. Prime Minister Modi has reached France to participate in this high-level conference on the official invitation of the French President. India is participating in the summit for the 13th time and the Prime Minister is attending this global forum for the seventh consecutive time.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Donald Trump are meeting for the first time after nearly 16 months during the G-7 summit. Earlier, both the leaders had met in Washington in February last year. This meeting has taken place at a time when discussions are going on between India and America on trade, tariffs and other issues.
