In the Geneva meeting where the peace deal between Iran and America was being discussed, a claim came out which made headlines across the world. Brazilian journalist Pepe Escobar alleged that Israeli intelligence agency Mossad had planned to target Pakistan Army Chief Field Marshal Asim Munir in Switzerland.
The journalist also said in this claim that this order to Mossad was given by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu himself. However, Pakistani journalists have completely rejected this claim.

This sensational claim came from a podcast by Mario Naufal, in which Pepe Escobar was a guest. Escobar said that Pakistani military intelligence had learned from “highly reliable sources” that the Mossad, at the behest of Netanyahu, was planning to eliminate Munir and the entire Pakistani contingent in Geneva.
According to Escobar, Pakistan responded to this and directly warned Israel through intermediaries that if it touched the delegation, Israel would be “wiped off the map.” He said that this mediator was probably Oman.
