If the match does not start by the cut-off time i.e. 11:14 pm, the match will be declared cancelled. According to BCCI rules, when it rains, the match officials try to ensure that at least 5 overs are played in both the innings. If this is not possible then the match is declared cancelled.
If the match starts at this time then obviously it will be a big blow for the Kolkata team. Because only 25 runs have been scored in 3.4 overs and two wickets have also fallen. Finn Allen scored 6 runs and Cameron Green flopped for the third consecutive match, getting out after scoring only 4 runs. At present, captain Ajinkya Rahane and Angkrish Raghuvanshi are present at the crease for KKR.
