Has the ongoing conflict with Iran now reached its final stage? Tomorrow i.e. Thursday morning as per Indian time, US President Donald Trump is going to address the nation, which has raised hopes of peace in the Middle East. Questions are being raised whether America and Israel will announce to stop their attacks? Along with this, will Trump announce end of Iran war in his address? The big thing is that Trump’s address to the nation is taking place when he has announced the deadline to exit Iran.
According to the White House, President Donald Trump will give an important update on the ongoing military operation on Iran on Wednesday night at 9 pm (Eastern Time) i.e. Thursday morning Indian time. “President Trump will address the nation to deliver an important briefing on Iran,” press secretary Caroline Lavitt said.
Trump will address the nation
This is the first time that Donald Trump is going to address the nation amid the war with Iran. This address is taking place at a time when the Iran-America conflict, which started on February 28, has now entered its second month. Trump has also announced change of power in Iran in his recent statement. But at present the attacks on Iran by America and Israel are not stopping. On Tuesday, the US attacked a major city in Iran, where one of the country’s major nuclear facilities is located.
Earlier, when reporters asked Trump about the Iran war, he replied, “I think it’s been two or three weeks since we came here. We will leave from here. Because there is no reason for us to do that. I think when we leave from here, everything will probably be fine. But we want to destroy everything they have. Now, it is possible that we can make a deal before that, because we will attack the bridges. I have something in my mind. There are good bridges.”
What did Trump say on talks with Iran?
Regarding talks with Iran, Trump said, it would be good if they come to the negotiating table. But it doesn’t matter whether they come or not. We have pushed them far back. It will take them 15 to 20 years to rebuild the damage we have done to them. They have no navy, no army, no air force, no telecommunications system, no anti-aircraft systems and no leader. All their leaders are gone. That is why we have changed the regime. “Now we have good, new leaders.”
It is not yet clear whether Trump’s address will point towards an end to the war or will signal further intensification of the conflict. However, this announcement by the White House has intensified the discussion around the world that there may be a break on the devastation in the Middle East. All eyes are now on Trump’s address tomorrow morning, when he is going to give important decisions or updates on the current situation in Iran.
