Donald Trump on Iran: Instead of stopping, the ongoing war between America-Israel and Iran is becoming more fierce day by day. America and Israel’s attacks on Iran are stopping. Both countries are claiming to destroy Iran. Now US President Donald Trump has claimed that it will take 10 years to repair the damage caused to Iran in this war.
The war is progressing very well – Trump
On Tuesday (March 17), Trump described ongoing US-Israeli military operations against Iran as “progressing very well”. He also warned that Tehran should not be allowed to acquire nuclear weapons. He said it would take at least a decade to rebuild what was destroyed during the bombing in the region.
Trump said, “The war is going very well. We can’t let them have nuclear weapons. They would have happily used it, we did a good job. Anytime you see someone who’s missing legs, missing arms, whose face is badly damaged, life destroyed, there’s a 95% chance it came from Iran.”
‘It will take 10 years for Iran to compensate for the loss’
He said that even if we leave today, it will take 10 years to compensate for the damage caused to Iran. I think we need to make this a little more permanent, so that no other president has to go through this.
Trump also said during this time that if America had not taken military action earlier, Iran would have achieved nuclear capability by now. He said that they were only two weeks away and there was no scope for further conversation.
Iran’s missiles attacked with 5000 pound bunker buster
Trump, who was isolated on Hormuz amid the war, has now single-handedly embarked on the mission of opening it. The US military dropped ‘deep penetrator’ bunker buster bombs weighing 5,000 pounds on Iranian missile sites near Hormuz. US Central Command (CENTCOM) said in a post that these attacks were targeted at Iran’s anti-ship cruise missiles, which had become a threat to international ships.
Iran virtually closed the Strait of Hormuz in response to the war, disrupting global oil supplies. The attack has been carried out at a time when US President Trump was continuously appealing to many countries for the security of Hormuz. Most NATO allies have refused to get involved in the country’s military campaign in Iran.
