Iran Attack On Kuwait: ईरान ने कुवैत पर दागी मिसाइलें, एक भारतीय की मौत; बिजली-पानी संयत्र को भारी नुकसान

The ongoing conflict in the Middle East is not stopping. Iran is proving all US President Trump’s claims of ceasefire and talks false. Its attacks on neighboring countries continue. Iran has fired missiles targeting an electricity and water desalination plant in Kuwait. An Indian employee was killed in this attack and the service building of the plant was also damaged.

The ongoing war in West Asia is causing huge losses. A large number of people are also getting casualties due to Iran’s attack. Due to the ongoing tension between Iran and Israel, Indians stranded or working in the Middle East are also becoming its victims. Another Indian has died in the latest attack by Iran. This attack was carried out last night on Kuwait’s electricity and water desalination plant.

Kuwait’s Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy confirmed the incident in a statement released on social media platform X early Monday. “The service building of an electricity and water desalination plant was attacked as part of Iranian aggression against the state of Kuwait,” said engineer Fatima Abbas Johar Hayat, a ministry spokeswoman. An Indian citizen died in this attack and the building was heavily damaged.

Heavy damage to power-water plant

According to the statement, the attack took place on the evening of Sunday March 29. As soon as information about the incident was received, emergency and technical teams of the ministry immediately reached the spot. The ministry has termed the attack as Iranian aggression. It is not clear at this time how much electricity or water supply has been affected by the attack, but the ministry has assured that the affected area has been secured and repair work is going on at a fast pace.

There is no official response yet on this matter from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and the Indian Embassy. Let us tell you that a large number of Indians are working in different sectors in Kuwait. Even before this attack, many Indians have been affected by the regional conflict. On the other hand, in view of the worsening situation in the Middle East, the Indian government is constantly ready so that the Indians trapped there can be safely brought to India. Recently, in his address to the Parliament, PM Modi had clearly said that our first priority is Indian citizens. Wherever they are stranded, they will be brought back safely.
