He achieved this feat by taking the wicket of Ryan Rickleton in the match against Mumbai Indians on Thursday. He is the fifth left-arm bowler in the history of IPL to complete a century of wickets.
Arshdeep has completed a century of wickets in the 87th match of his IPL career. Talking about left-arm bowlers who have taken 100 or more wickets in the Indian Premier League, Trent Boult tops the list, who has taken 144 wickets. After him in this list, Jaydev Unadkat, Ashish Nehra and Zaheer Khan have also done the same. This is the first time in the last 11 IPL innings that Arshdeep has taken a wicket in the powerplay.
