US President Donald Trump is again furious after the failure of peace talks in Islamabad. Now he has announced a blockade in Hormuz. He has clearly said that now ships of any country will not pass from there.
Let us tell you that in his statement, he has also praised Pakistan Army Chief Asim Munir and Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif by taking the name of India. In such a situation, questions are being raised whether Trump is going to create trouble for India under the guise of Iran?
Trump wrote on Truth Social, the thing is that the meeting was good, agreement was reached on most things, but the one thing which was of most importance, i.e. ‘nuclear’, was not agreed upon. With immediate effect, the United States Navy, the world’s finest navy, will begin the process of ‘blocking’ any ship attempting to enter or exit the Strait of Hormuz.
Praising Shahbaz-Munir, Trump wrote that this meeting was held under the gentle and extremely capable leadership of Pakistan’s Field Marshal Asim Munir and Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif. He is a very extraordinary man, and he constantly expresses his gratitude to me for saving the lives of 3 to 5 crore people in a terrible war with India. I always love hearing this, the humanity that is spoken about is unimaginable.
Could there be difficulties for India?
The whole world knows that even though Iran has kept Hormuz closed for enemy countries, Indian ships are passing through there easily. In a way, the Iranians have given a free pass to Indian ships. It had also given relief to India from undeclared toll or transit fees.
But, now this blockade may create problems for India. The US Navy can attack any ship crossing Hormuz. Trump has clearly written that toll will no longer be tolerated. In such a situation, America will declare any country which was passing through Hormuz even after paying toll, its enemy.
This means that if an Indian ship tries to leave Hormuz even after paying toll, the US Navy will stop it there, ban it or even seize it. In such a situation, the Indian ship will get stuck in the same sea and the oil coming here will get stuck on the way.
