Frequent power cuts in Pakistan’s Sindh province have affected many important offices of the education department in Karachi. For the last three weeks, services like online registration of private schools, admission in government colleges and issuance of certificates have come to a standstill. Officials claim that the bills have been paid, yet electricity is not coming.
