Iran US War: The ongoing tension between America and Iran seems to be reaching a dangerous point once again. CENTCOM said in its statement that on the instructions of President Donald Trump, US forces carried out military strikes in self-defense against Iran. The US completed retaliatory strikes in response to Iran’s attack on Apaches. This action was taken in response to the downing of the US Army’s Apache helicopter yesterday.

The statement further said that CENTCOM forces, using precision munitions from US Air Force and Navy fighter aircraft, attacked Iranian air defenses, ground control stations and surveillance radar sites near the Strait of Hormuz. The operation was an appropriate response to recent attacks on US forces and international commercial ships passing through the waters of the area.
