US President Donald Trump has given another big statement amid the ongoing tension and war with Iran. He has claimed that as an honor, Iran has given him 20 big oil tankers which are going to pass through the Strait of Hormuz. Along with this he was also told that a coup has taken place in Iran. Trump has assured that he will make a deal with the Iranians. Along with this, a big gesture has also been made regarding Kharg Island.
Trump gave this information while talking to journalists in Air Force One. He said, “I would just say that we are doing very well in talks with Iran. But nothing is completely certain with Iran, because we talk to them and then we always have to end something.”
Iran has given 20 big oil boats-Trump
President Donald Trump said, “I can’t exactly define it, but they (Iran) gave us, I think as a tribute, 20 oil boats, huge oil boats going to go through the Strait of Hormuz. This will start tomorrow morning, over the next few days.”
There has been a change of regime in Iran – Trump
Trump claimed on Sunday (local time) that there has been a change of regime in Iran. He attributed this to the complete collapse of the newly appointed leadership there. .He said that although a formal agreement is still possible, there is no guarantee. Nevertheless, the change of power has already taken place. He said the post-Iranian leadership group has largely collapsed. He mentioned Mojtaba Khamenei, the son of Iran’s current Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, and also pointed to changes in the Islamic Republic’s power structure amid the ongoing war in the region.
Earlier, while talking to the media, Trump had said that he can take Iran’s oil and possibly also capture Kharg Island, the country’s main fuel hub. According to the report, Trump said, “To be honest, my favorite thing is to take oil to Iran, but some idiots in America say why are you doing that, but they are idiots.”
