Good news has come amid the ongoing talks between Iran and America in Switzerland. An Iranian negotiator told government media that a draft for relaxation in sanctions on Iranian oil has been prepared. This relaxation will be issued very soon.
In a statement given to Iranian state media, the negotiator said talks were ongoing between teams from the two countries. Under this, Iran will be able to sell its oil easily.
Due to this, Iran faces difficulty in selling its oil and its earnings are affected. Now this exemption has been included in the draft of MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) between the two countries. According to the Iranian official, this exemption will be implemented soon, due to which Iran will be able to sell its oil around the world and the economy will benefit.
If America lifts the sanctions, Iran will be able to sell more of its oil. This will give a big boost to its economy. Foreign exchange earnings will increase, which may reduce inflation in the country and speed up development work. Frozen assets may also be released, which will provide further relief to Iran. By reducing tension in the Middle East, sea routes will become safer, which will lead to better trade around the world.
This will increase global oil supply. Due to which oil prices in the international market may remain stable or may decrease. Countries like India, China, Japan, South Korea will find it easier to purchase oil. Petrol and diesel prices can remain under control due to India getting cheap oil.
Iran is one of the largest oil producing countries in the world. The relaxation in sanctions may also affect the international oil market. This is being considered a positive step towards reducing tension between the two countries. However, its official announcement is still awaited.
