Additionally, Afghan fighter jets also carried out airstrikes on Daesh (ISIS) positions in Shah Salim Valley of Chitral in Pakistan and Kambar Khel in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Terrorist hideouts have suffered major damage in this massive air attack. However, the Taliban clarified that these attacks were carried out with great precision on specific targets and no civilians were killed.

Afghanistan government warned Pakistan

The Afghan government has also warned Pakistan of more attacks. The Afghan Defense Ministry has announced that every target posing a security threat will be selectively destroyed.

Taliban took revenge for Pakistani action?

It is noteworthy that Pakistan had claimed to attack Afghanistan on Sunday. Pakistan had entered the border of Afghanistan and carried out rapid air strikes. According to the UN report, about 28 innocent people lost their lives in the Pakistan attack, while many were injured. Afghan government spokesman Hamdullah Fitrat put the death toll at 38. Now this military operation of Taliban is being considered as the result of the same attack.
