Iran’s Energy Ministry has appealed to reduce electricity consumption following US attacks on southern energy facilities. Air conditioners have been asked to be switched off during peak hours. At the same time, Kuwait said that its power and water plants were damaged in the Iranian attack and has appealed for electricity rationing.
