According to Reuters report, various sources associated with the talks said that under the proposed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Iran will reopen the Strait of Hormuz and in return the US can start the process of releasing billions of dollars of Iran’s frozen assets. Besides, relief can also be given in some restrictions imposed on Iranian oil exports.
