US Iran News: Talks regarding a peace agreement between America and Iran are claimed to be in the final stages. Meanwhile, the American army has again attacked. US Central Command said in a statement that the purpose of these attacks was to protect its troops from the threats posed by Iranian military forces. “US Central Command is exercising utmost restraint while protecting its forces during the current ceasefire,” said Navy Capt. Tim Hawkins, a CENTCOM spokesman.
According to media reports, sounds of explosion were also heard in Bandar Abbas adjacent to the Sea of Hormuz. There is news that Iranian boats were laying landmines in the sea. At present, Iran has alerted its air defense missile system.
‘Hand over uranium to America or else…’
Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump has again said that Iran will have to hand over the enriched uranium to America or bring it back and destroy it. Trump wrote in a social media post, “The enriched uranium (nuclear dust) will either be immediately turned over to the United States for return and destruction; or, better, in collaboration with and in coordination with the Islamic Republic of Iran, it will be destroyed on site or at another acceptable location. The Atomic Energy Commission or some equivalent agency will be present to witness this entire process and event.”
Earlier, Trump also claimed in another post that talks with Iran are progressing very well. He said it would either be a huge deal for everyone, or there would be no deal at all – we would be back on the battlefield and bullets would be flying, bigger and louder than ever before and no one wants that.
At the same time, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ismail Bakai said that some progress has been made in talks with America, but no deal is going to be reached soon to end the fighting.
