President Donald Trump said on Sunday that US representatives are going to Islamabad, Pakistan for talks with Iran; He also accused Tehran of violating the ceasefire agreement in the Strait of Hormuz.
Trump also claimed that Iran’s actions around this strategic waterway were not justified at all.
Trump wrote on Truth Social, “Iran decided to open fire in the Strait of Hormuz yesterday. This is in complete violation of our ceasefire agreement! Several of those shots were fired targeting a French ship and a United Kingdom cargo ship. That was not good at all, was it? My representatives are going to Islamabad, Pakistan. They will be there tomorrow evening for talks. Iran recently announced that they are closing the strait, Which is strange, because the blockade has already stopped us, and the loss to the United States due to this closure is not less than 500 million dollars. In fact, many ships are going to the US, thanks to the IRGC; Always tries to show himself as a “tough guy”!
He further wrote, We are offering a very fair and reasonable deal (DEAL), and I hope they will accept it; Because if they don’t, the United States will destroy every single power plant and every single bridge in Iran. No more “Mr. Nice Guy”! They will succumb very quickly and easily; And if they don’t abide by this deal, I would be honored to do whatever is necessary, something that should have been done by other presidents over the last 47 years with Iran. Now is the time to end this “Killing Machine” of Iran!”
