US-Iran War: Ceasefire continues between America and Iran, but no agreement has been reached yet. For this, the second round of talks between the two countries is likely to be held in Islamabad, Pakistan on Monday (April 20). Meanwhile, the round of threats continues from both America and Iran. On one hand, US President Donald Trump has threatened to attack Iran again. At the same time, Iran has also warned Trump regarding the Strait of Hormuz.
Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baghar Ghalibaf again lashed out at US President Donald Trump. He called Trump’s claims regarding war false.
Iran enraged over Trump’s false claims
Ghalibaf said that the US President made seven claims in an hour and all seven of them were false. They could not win the war with the help of lies, nor would they achieve any success in negotiations.
He also warned against continuing the US blockade of the Strait of Hormuz. The speaker said that if the blockade continues then the Strait of Hormuz will not remain open. The passage through Hormuz would be according to the “determined route” and with “Iranian permission”. Whether Hormuz is open or closed, and what the rules will be governing it – will be decided on the basis of the field (situation on the ground), and not from social media.
After the ceasefire between Israel and Iran, Iran announced to completely open the Strait of Hormuz for all commercial ships.
Many big claims have been made by Trump recently. He said that Iran has agreed to never close the Strait of Hormuz. He also announced to continue the US Navy blockade until an agreement is reached. Trump also claimed that Iran will send out its enriched uranium in collaboration with America, which Iran has rejected. “Iran’s enriched uranium will not be transferred anywhere,” said Ismail Bakai, an Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman.
Meanwhile, Trump has again threatened Iran. He has said that if a deal is not reached he may start “bombing Iran again.” “I may not take it any further, but the blockade (on Iranian ports) will continue. So there is a blockade, and unfortunately we will have to start bombing again,” he said.
