The important peace talks going on between America and Iran in Pakistan’s capital Islamabad remained inconclusive. US Vice President JD Vance himself confirmed this and said that no agreement could be reached between the two countries. Iran has rejected the conditions given by America, after which the delegations of both the American and Iranian countries returned. Now questions are being raised that what were the big conditions of the last American which Iran flatly refused to accept?
Speaking to the media after the failure of peace talks, US Vice President Gendy Vance said, ‘We have been working on peace talks for 21 hours. Many important meetings were held with the Iranians, but unfortunately we could not reach any agreement. This is more bad news for Iran than America. They have refused to accept our conditions.
What did JD Vance say when peace talks failed?
On US-Iran peace talks, US Vice President JD Vance said, “We have not been able to reach a situation where the Iranians are willing to accept our terms. I think we were very flexible, we were very accommodating. The President told us – you have to come here in good faith and try your best to make a deal. That’s what we did. Unfortunately, we did not make any progress.”
These conditions of America became the reason for failure of talks
What did Iran say on further talks?
According to media reports, Iran wants complete control over the Strait of Hormuz, but America has clearly said that this is an international route. Iran cannot capture it. There was a demand from America to open it completely. After the failure of peace talks, Iran has also made it clear that at present there are no plans for the next round of talks with America.
