‘ईरान 7 दिन की मोहलत के लिए गिड़गिड़ाया तो मैंने 10 दिनों…’, क्यों दी जा रही तारीख पर तारीख, क्या बड़ी तबाही की प्लानिंग में जुटे ट्रंप?

President Donald Trump told the US on Thursday that Iran had initially asked him to halt US strikes on the country’s energy sites for seven days, but he decided to give them 10 days, pushing the deadline to April 6.

Trump said, “He asked me very nicely through my people, ‘Can we get more time?’ Because we’re talking tomorrow night, which is pretty early, and if they don’t do what they have to do, I’ll destroy their power plants.”

‘Iran begged for 7 days’ extension’

He added, “They asked for seven days, and I said, ‘I’ll give you 10 days,’ because they gave me the ships.” Trump said Iranian officials were “very grateful” for this.

When Trump first threatened to attack Iranian energy sites, he said the country had just 48 hours to open the Strait of Hormuz. Then they pushed that deadline forward five days to Friday, and pushed it back again today.

Is Trump engaged in any big planning?

Trump’s press secretary Caroline Levitt had said in a briefing that if Iran does not accept the agreement to end the war in the Middle East, then US President Donald Trump is ready to wreak havoc on it. He said that Trump does not just pretend and Iran should not misjudge the current situation.

“If Iran refuses to acknowledge the reality of the current situation, if they fail to understand that they have been defeated militarily and will continue to be defeated, then President Trump will ensure that they are hit with the most powerful attack yet,” Levitt said.

He added, “President Trump doesn’t just pretend, and he’s ready to wreak havoc. Iran must never make another miscalculation.”
