Vladimir Putin on Middle East Conflict: It has been almost a month since the ongoing war between America, Israel and Iran. Meanwhile, there is no sign of the war stopping. Both America and Iran want ceasefire with their own conditions. War is affecting the entire world. Russian President Vladimir Putin has also alerted about big danger in the coming times. He has said that the consequences of this war could be like the Corona epidemic.
‘Even the countries that are involved in the conflict don’t know…’
Putin said this while talking to top businessmen in Moscow. The Russian President said that it is almost impossible at this time to accurately predict the final results of the war in the Middle East. He said that the countries which are directly involved in this do not even know what the outcome will be. In such a situation, it becomes even more difficult for the rest of the world to estimate the danger.
The Russian President stressed that this war is not limited to just bombings and missile attacks, but it is going to break the backbone of the entire world economy. International logistics, production processes and global supply chains are being severely disrupted by the conflict. Its biggest impact is on crude oil, natural gas, metals and fertilizer sectors. If this supply chain is broken, there could be a storm of inflation across the world which will be very difficult to control.
Putin compared this economic crisis to the Covid-19 epidemic. He said that many experts estimate that the situation arising from war can be compared to the Corona virus epidemic. Covid had stalled development on every continent and every region without exception.
We have to be prepared like Corona- PM Modi
Earlier, while addressing the Parliament, PM Modi had asked the countrymen to be prepared to deal with this situation. He had said that the impact of the situation created in the world due to this war is likely to last for a long time. So we have to be prepared, we have to remain united.
PM Modi had further said that even during Corona, we have faced such challenges with unity. Now we need to be prepared in the same way again. Every challenge has to be faced with patience, restraint and a calm mind.
At present there has been no agreement regarding ceasefire talks between America and Iran. America wants ceasefire on its own terms and Iran wants ceasefire on its own terms. According to reports, a proposal for a 15-point ceasefire plan has been sent to Iran through Pakistan by the Trump administration. At the same time, Iran has also put forward many big demands before America.
