US-Israel-Iran war news: It has been 22 days since the ongoing war between America, Israel and Iran and the war is at a dangerous turn. Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump has given a big statement on war. Trump indicated to end his ongoing military campaign in Iran. He said he was very close to achieving his goals and was now considering gradually winding down his military efforts.
Trump said these things through a post on Truth Social. He wrote, “We are getting very close to accomplishing our goals. We are considering gradually ending our great military efforts in relation to Iran’s terrorist regime in the Middle East.”
He also listed 5 goals of America. He said this would include completely destroying Iran’s missile capabilities, launchers and everything related to them, destroying Iran’s defense industrial base, destroying their navy and air force, including anti-aircraft weapons.
Trump further wrote that apart from these, never allow Iran to get even close to nuclear capability, always be in a position where America can respond immediately and forcefully if any such situation arises. And that also includes protecting our Middle Eastern allies – including Israel, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait and others – at the highest level.
‘Other countries will have to monitor the Strait of Hormuz’
The US President also clarified his position regarding the Strait of Hormuz. He said the Strait of Hormuz would need to be protected and monitored, as necessary, by other countries that use it. America does not use it. If requested, we will assist these countries in their Hormuz efforts, but this should not be necessary once the Iranian threat is eliminated. This would be an easy military operation for them.
