तेल महंगा, शान सस्ती! शहबाज शरीफ सरकार ने रद्द की Pakistan Day Parade, तेल के दाम ने किया ‘आउट ऑफ बजट’

Pakistan Day Parade Cancelled: This time ‘Pakistan Day Parade’ will not be celebrated in Pakistan. This time, Pakistan Day on March 23 is going to be like when the wedding budget falls short and the wedding procession is told, “Brother, stop eating and drinking, just cut the cake and go home!”

Due to the ongoing war between America and Israel with Iran, the condition of Pakistan became so critical that the Pakistan Day parade was forced to be cancelled. The government has made a big announcement that this year there will be no military parade, no fancy ceremony, no tank-missile show-off. Reason? Pakistan’s bankruptcy due to Gulf Oil Crisis.

Oil prices are skyrocketing due to America-Israel’s war mode on Iran. Pakistan is already breathing with the help of loan taken from IMF, on top of that there is oil crisis. Now where will we get the money to fly the jet plane in the parade? Therefore, on behalf of the office of Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Platform X has announced on social media that there will be no parade on Pakistan Day.

President Asif Ali Zardari also approved on the advice of the Prime Minister. Keeping in view the dignity of this day, the Prime Minister has announced to hold a simple flag hoisting ceremony. Ministries and departments have been advised to hoist a simple flag. Meaning, the flag will be hoisted in the Prime Minister’s Office, the President will tweet and everyone else will be happy sitting at home and watching clips of the old parade on TV.

And the interesting thing is that in the name of austerity, the government has already taken decisions like 50% less fuel for government vehicles, 4 days office in a week, half the staff working from home, 5 to 30% cut in the salary of SOE employees. Now by canceling the parade, Pakistan will save a few crore more rupees.

Pakistan Day is celebrated on 23 March to commemorate the Lahore Resolution. When the Muslim League demanded a separate country for Muslims in British India. On this day the Muslim League passed the Lahore Resolution and demanded independence. Traditional military parades and all other formal ceremonies took place on this day. That day will now be celebrated in the name of “simplicity and dignity”.
