Iran-Israel War: युद्ध के बावजूद ईरान ने चीन समेत इन देशों को भेजा लाखों बैरल तेल, स्ट्रेट ऑफ होर्मुज से गुजरे 90 जहाज

Large-scale attacks by America and Israel continue on Iran. The IDF also carried out missile and drone attacks on several cities in Iran on Wednesday. Retaliatory action is also going on from Iran’s side. Meanwhile, according to a report, despite the war, Iran is exporting millions of barrels of oil from the Strait of Hormuz. About 90 ships from different countries have passed through here.

According to the Maritime and Trade Data Platform, about 90 ships, including oil tankers, have passed through the Strait of Hormuz since the war began. At a time when this waterway is effectively closed, Iran is still exporting millions of barrels of oil. Maritime data firm Lloyd’s List Intelligence reported that there were a number of ships and so-called ‘dark’ transits passing through the strait.

Ships from these countries will be allowed to enter

These ships were evading sanctions and surveillance by Western governments and probably had some connection to Iran. Recently, ships belonging to India, China and Pakistan have also successfully transited the Strait of Hormuz, as the governments of these countries have intensified talks with Iran. On the other hand, when crude oil prices have reached above $100 per barrel, US President Donald Trump pressured his allies and trading partners to send warships and reopen the Strait of Hormuz, so that oil prices can come down.

Know about the Strait of Hormuz

Let us tell you that the Strait of Hormuz, which is a major waterway for global oil and gas transportation and about one-fifth of the world’s crude oil passes through it, the movement of most of the ships has stopped since the beginning of the war, i.e. since the beginning of March. About 20 ships have been attacked in this area.

Statistics of Maritime and Trade Data Platform

However, according to estimates by trade data and analytics platform Kpler, Iran has managed to export more than 16 million barrels of oil since the beginning of March. Due to Western sanctions and the risks associated with them, China has become the largest buyer of Iranian oil. At least 89 ships, including 16 oil tankers, passed through the Strait of Hormuz between March 1 and March 15. This number is much less than in the pre-war days, when about 100 to 135 ships used to pass through here every day.
