Middle East Crisis: The Central Board of Secondary Education i.e. CBSE on Sunday postponed the 10th and 12th board examinations to be held on March 2 in some countries due to the war taking place in West Asia.

CBSE itself has given this information by issuing an official circular. The board has advised students to stay in touch with their respective schools for further updates and keep an eye on the official notification.

In the circular, the board has said that due to the bad conditions in some parts of the Middle East, the examinations for class 10th and class 12th students scheduled for Monday, March 2 have been postponed. This includes Bahrain, Iran, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The board has further said that the new dates will be announced later. Before this, the board will review the situation on March 3 and take the right decision regarding the examinations to be held from March 5.

There is a state of deep mourning and outrage in Iran after the death of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, due to which the government has announced 40 days of national mourning. On this tense situation, Donald Trump has claimed that the strike was necessary to root out the threat emanating from Iran. Currently, there are reports of huge protests and uncertainty from various cities of Iran.
