After the meeting, Trump claimed that he had come ‘very close’ to ending this war. Zelensky also said there was 90 percent agreement on the 20-point peace plan. Trump said some ‘complex’ issues are still unresolved.

At the same time, Zelensky said that in the talks with Trump, all major aspects of a possible peace agreement were discussed. He said that a great deal of agreement has already been reached between the two sides on many fronts. 90 percent of the issues have been agreed upon on the 20-point peace plan.
