Arrest warrant has been issued against Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif. This warrant has been issued by the exiled government of Balochistan.
Let us tell you that the Prime Minister of Pakistan is accused of violating the visa rules of Balochistan. This warrant has been announced by Balochistan leader and human rights activist Mir Yar Baloch.
What did Mir Yar Baloch write?
According to Mir Yar Baloch’s X Post, the Prime Minister of Pakistan is liable to arrest by the Republic of Balochistan for serious and deliberate violations of the sovereignty of Balochistan, including illegal entry without a valid visa. Such arrest may be made at any airport of arrival or departure point in Balochistan, in accordance with the laws and sovereign authority of Balochistan.
The Republic of Balochistan hereby issues an arrest warrant against Shehbaz Sharif, Prime Minister of neighboring Pakistan, for illegal entry into the territory of Balochistan without a valid visa or legal permission. This act is a gross violation of the territorial integrity of Balochistan and an illegal violation of its airspace. The Republic of Balochistan condemns this act in the strongest and clearest terms.
‘No entry into Balochistan will be tolerated’
It is written in the post that Balochistan is a separate, sovereign and independent state. No person, regardless of rank, position or position, including the Prime Minister of Pakistan, is exempt from the immigration laws of Balochistan. Entering Balochistan without correct legal documentation and an officially sanctioned visa is a criminal offense under Balochistan law.
As a sovereign nation, the Republic of Balochistan fully reserves and asserts its natural right to detain and arrest Shehbaz Sharif at Quetta International Airport or any other entry or exit point within its jurisdiction. This declaration is a final and formal warning to the Pakistani Prime Minister, the Chief of Army Staff of Pakistan and all Pakistani officials and citizens: no future entry into Balochistan will be tolerated without prior visa clearance issued by the Republic of Balochistan.
‘Any violation is a direct challenge to the sovereignty of Balochistan’
Mir Yar wrote in his post that any Pakistani citizen who tries to enter Balochistan without a valid Balochistan visa or official immigration clearance, and is caught, will face trial and punishment as per the laws of the Republic of Balochistan and may be forcibly deported back to Pakistan.
The Republic of Balochistan further cautions the State of Pakistan to adhere to and respect international law, diplomatic norms and universally recognized principles of sovereignty. Under international practice, entry into any sovereign country requires a duly approved visa issued by the immigration authorities of that country. The same rule applies to entry into Balochistan without any exceptions.
No person shall be allowed to enter the Republic of Balochistan by land, sea or air without prior visa clearance and in full compliance with the immigration regulations of Balochistan. Any violation will be considered a direct challenge to the sovereignty of Balochistan and will be dealt with accordingly.
