Venezuela oil news: US forces seized another Venezuelan oil tanker in the Caribbean Sea, President Donald Trump said, as the United States continues to talk with Venezuelan opposition leader Maria Machado about her possible role. According to foreign media reports, the US Army has captured the Sagitta Ship. Let us tell you that this is the 7th oil tanker in the Caribbean Sea which has been captured by the American Army.
US President Donald Trump said, ‘Venezuela is working very well with us. it’s quite good.’ Also, Trump said about Venezuelan opposition leader Maria Machado that a very wonderful woman did a very extraordinary thing a few days ago, we are talking to her and maybe we can include her somehow.
America will now start action on land route
Trump said in a conversation with reporters, ‘I would love to do this, Maria might be able to do this.’ Trump says, ‘Now America will very soon start action against drugs coming via land. You saw what we did in the ocean, now we are starting to do the same on land. The land is actually much easier, at sea it was incredible. We have taken such strict action in the sea that, when we do it now on land, they will not be able to take the sea route.
Trump changes tone for Venezuelan opposition leader Machado
Maria Machado recently met US President Donald Trump at the White House and also presented him her Nobel Peace Prize. A photo also surfaced in which Machado was seen standing with Trump in the Oval Office and Trump had the Nobel Peace Prize medal in his hand. Trump wrote in the caption of this photo, ‘2025 Nobel Peace Prize Medal awarded to Maria Corina Machado.’ Machado made a post and wrote – ‘To President Donald Trump, in gratitude for your extraordinary leadership in promoting peace through power, advancing diplomacy, and protecting freedom and prosperity.’
Before Machado took this step, the US President had different views towards him. Trump had earlier this month questioned Venezuelan opposition leader Maria Machado’s popularity and ability to lead after President Nicolas Maduro was arrested in a US raid earlier this month. However, now Trump’s tone has changed, he is calling Maria a wonderful woman and expressing his desire to work together with her.
